Bertlmann's Cats

Monty and Casper are separated. In each room an observer picks one of two questions to ask. Before they parted, the cats were allowed to agree on absolutely any strategy they liked. Try to make their answers correlate more strongly than 2. You will not manage it, and the reason why is the whole of Bell's theorem.
